Citizens from various regions gathered near the State Palace to join in the festivities and express their hopes and aspirations for President Prabowo Subianto.
One participant, Aryati from Karanganyar Subdistrict, Sawah Besar District, expressed her gratitude for being part of the parade. She enthusiastically shared her happiness and excitement for being able to participate in such a significant event. Aryati’s hope is for Indonesia to progress and prosper, bringing prosperity to all its citizens. She also offered a special prayer for President Prabowo, wishing for his health and the peace, prosperity, and harmony of all Indonesians.
Another participant echoed Aryati’s sentiments by emphasizing the importance of national unity and positive changes that benefit all Indonesians. She expressed her hopes for a healthier, more prosperous, and safer Indonesia, free from any unrest. She stressed the need for unity among different ethnic groups and religions to maintain peace and harmony in the nation.
Satim, a resident of Kampung Rawa, Johar Baru, Central Jakarta, expressed his happiness and pride in being a part of the celebration. He wished for greater success, progress, prosperity, and welfare for Indonesia, along with stronger leadership that protects and serves the people.
For these citizens, participating in the Independence Day celebration at Monas was more than just a festive occasion. It was a demonstration of their love for the nation and a collective desire for Indonesia to remain peaceful and prosperous in the future.
