Bogor – President Prabowo Subianto has urged all officials across Indonesia to dedicate their authority and focus solely on serving the people’s interests, emphasizing that such a mindset will accelerate the nation’s progress.
Prabowo conveyed this message while delivering his address at the opening of the 2024 National Coordination Meeting (Rakornas) for Central and Regional Governments, held at the Sentul International Convention Center (SICC) in Bogor, West Java, on Thursday (November 7).
“To all decision-makers throughout Indonesia, the fate of our nation rests on your shoulders, on our shoulders,” Prabowo said.
“I call on the 5,000-plus officials here: if we are united, if we channel our minds, intelligence, experience, authority, and power for the maximum benefit of our people, I believe Indonesia will progress much faster,” he asserted.
Prabowo also expressed appreciation for the Rakornas event, describing it as a valuable and strategic opportunity.
The meeting is expected to foster synergy and collaboration across agencies, with the goal of achieving more efficient governance and preparing to meet future national challenges. (RR)
