I. Education Sector Budget Priorities:

II. Health Sector Budget Priorities:

– Improve access, quality, and availability of health services
– Enhance inter-agency synergy and local government roles in health infrastructure

– Strengthen independence of the pharmaceutical industry
III. Social Protection Budget Priorities:

The government also aims to continue the Redesign of Planning and Budgeting System (RSPP) to strengthen value for money, performance-based budget implementation, and convergence of programs across ministries/agencies.
