I had the privilege of serving under Pak Soegito during my time in the military. He was my commander during an operation in East Timor, and I witnessed firsthand his leadership in action. Pak Soegito was always calm under pressure and made sound decisions even in the most challenging situations. He earned the trust and respect of his men through his actions, not just his words.
