During the Officer Oath Ceremony at the Merdeka Palace in Jakarta, President Joko Widodo, Vice President Ma’ruf Amin, and Defense Minister Prabowo Subianto were seen walking together and engaging in conversations with smiles, showcasing a harmonious relationship.
The ceremony saw 906 cadet officers being inaugurated as officers of the TNI and Polri, including cadets from the Military Academy, Naval Academy, Air Force Academy, and Police Academy.
Jokowi emphasized the importance of fulfilling duties to the nation and state, urging the newly commissioned officers to do their best in serving the Indonesian nation and upholding the principles of Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution.
